Todd Sullivan is a seasoned software, eCommerce, FinTech, Ad/MarTech, HealthTech and marketplace entrepreneur, investor and M&A advisor. Todd has more than 20 years of experience founding, growing and selling tech companies in Silicon Valley, Chicago, New York & Detroit.

As an entrepreneur, Todd has co-founded four consumer facing technology companies and sold three of them for profitable exits.

As a venture investor and advisor, Mr. Sullivan has invested in and raised millions of dollars for his portfolio companies and clients.

As an M&A advisor, Todd works with venture capital firms, private equity firms and founders of technology based businesses to help create favorable exit opportunities for all stakeholders.

During his career, Todd’s companies have been selected as Apple Watch App of the year, TechCrunch50, 500 Startups, CITA’s Top Wireless Startup, Accelerate Michigan’s Top Product, and more.

Todd graduated from Yale University with a BA in political science. He was a 2 -time MVP of his varsity hockey team and was named his college’s Athlete of the Year. After graduation, Todd played one year of professional ice hockey in the San Jose Sharks and Toronto Maple Leafs’ minor league organizations.

Mr. Sullivan earned his MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business with a concentration in Venture Capital and Entrepreneurship and was selected as the Ross School’s MBA Entrepreneur of the Year.

Today, Todd lives in Michigan with his wife and daughters. He enjoys volunteering as an Endeavor Mentor and judging business plan competitions at the University of Michigan. It’s one of Todd’s great privileges to help company founders any way he can in all stages of their entrepreneurial journey.

Charles Drummond is a seasoned finance professional specializing in raising private capital for Venture Capital Firms, Hedge Funds, Private Equity funds and start-up companies.

Charlie has more than 30 years of fundraising experience from New York to San Francisco and from Beijing to the Middle East. Mr. Drummond served as EVP at Dun & Bradstreet/ Moody’s as well as Standard & Poors Securities.

Charlie’s connectivity with more than 2000 institutional investor entities in the private capital markets is significant and is the result of over 30 years of building industry relationships with a focus on Public pension funds, municipal investment/retirement funds, middle market insurance companies, family offices, ultra-high net worth individuals and Endowments/Foundations.

Charlie is an accomplished institutional Bond, Equities and Options trader and has participated in over 25 Billion in new issue Bond and Equity transactions.

Charlie graduated from Eastern Michigan University and lives in Southeast Michigan. When he’s not in Michigan you can find him in New Smyrna Beach Florida, Malibu or Beverly Hills.

He has spoken at numerous staffing industry conferences such as the Staffing Industry Analysts Executive Forum, American Staffing Association’s Staffing World, and the Techserve Alliance.

Neal Doshi is an experienced entrepreneur, business operator and M&A advisor with more than 15 years of experience in healthcare, IT, manufacturing, staffing and commercial real estate with experience working in the US, Mexico, Europe and China.

Mr. Doshi is a proven business leader with extensive knowledge in strategy, operations and business development and has developed strong, yet flexible leadership skills.

Neal earned his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and was named Neal a “Most Valuable Professional” in 2015 by Corp! Magazine.

Mr. Doshi also enjoys volunteering his time and skills as a strategist to work with various for-profit and non-profit boards in developing strategic plans. Neal is currently a Board Member with the Kay Douglas Marketing Group. His previous board experience includes Great Lakes Boy Scouts, the YMCA and the Community Housing Network. Neal resides in Birmingham, Michigan with his wife and three young children.
